Silvio Raso, one of our Project Managers in NSW, has been named the Employee of the Year at Mainbrace, and it’s easy to see why. Silvio’s began his journey at Mainbrace began with a Construction Cadetship, and through his unwavering commitment and expertise, he has risen through the ranks to lead some of our most significant projects. His recent completion of the Woolworths North Parramatta project marked our 500th project with Woolworths, a milestone achieved with extreme praise from the client.
Silvio played a pivotal role in the transformation of 262 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst, into ‘Yirranma Place’ for the Paul Ramsay Foundation. This complex project, which preserved the heritage of the original building while adding modern elements, showcased Silvio’s ability to tackle unique challenges with finesse and creativity.
From the intricacies of heritage restoration to the challenges of retail construction in live environments at the Bankstown Central refurbishment, Silvio has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Silvio is only at the start of his career, and we are so excited to see the heights he will soar to.
