Southgate Shopping Centre

Our NSW Retail Construction team is well underway on the major redevelopment of Southgate Shopping Centre. They will deliver a relocated and expanded Woolworths, a new Aldi store, upgraded amenities, additional specialty tenancies and significant back-of-house infrastructure.

The transformation is taking shape across multiple areas of the site concurrently. The Woolworths fitout in the existing building area is well advanced. Work is progressing on the Woolworths loading dock and Direct to Boot expansion while the remainder of the new Woolworths structure is rising where the old squash courts once stood.
