VIC Employee of the Year

Jamie Cartledge is a Senior Estimator in our Victoria business and in recent times, he’s been busy. Jamie has played an influential role in various recent projects, including Coles Glenferrie, the First Choice Liquor Market, Casey Central conversion, the Costco fuel extension in Moorabbin, and the Myer Bayside backfill projects.

Born and raised in the UK, Jamie joined the Mainbrace at the start of 2019, bringing a host of in-demand skills to the business: negotiation, project estimation, market pricing, construction processes, tendering, and management. And he also brings a big personality to our social scene, as a pillar in the Mainbrace VIC futsal side and a supporter of our Heritage Recognition Program, in which he hosted a traditional English Fish ‘n’ Chips Lunch earlier this year to promote awareness and celebrate the English culture within our team.
