We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from Mainbrace as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence in retail construction. Here’s a glimpse of what’s been happening:
Mainbrace is partnering with Fabcot/Woolworth’s on the construction of their first Customer Fulfilment Centre. Our VIC team is collaborating with the client’s automation contractor through the design process, 3D modelling and now into construction.
The Costco Ardeer project is progressing smoothly, with the structure now taking shape. We are excited to witness the transformation of this space into the latest Costco warehouse, delivering exceptional value and convenience to customers.
Our projects at Coles Brighton, Mornington, and Flemington are advancing well, with a strong focus on safety. Achieving 100% compliance through every safety audit at Coles Altona until Practical Completion is a testament to our commitment to excellence and the safety of all stakeholders involved.
The Woolworth Bendigo project is ahead of schedule, and we are delighted to continue our partnership with Woolworths with the commencement of the South Melbourne renewal project.
ECI processes have paved the way for exciting developments at the Ridgelea site for our client Lifestyle Communities, with a mid-June commencement scheduled. Similarly, their St Leonards project progresses through ECI, with an estimated site start in August.
Our VIC team is actively pursuing opportunities to strengthen and extend our relationships with key logistics & industrial stakeholders. We believe in nurturing partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
