VIC State Update

Expanding & making strides

We’re excited to share the latest updates from our Victorian team, who have been making impressive strides across several key projects while expanding our presence in the region.

A significant update is the merger of our Interiors and Supermarket Refurbishment teams into a new division, now known as Small Works. This consolidation streamlines communication with a single point of contact, while maintaining the exceptional service you’ve come to expect. With this focused approach, we’re better equipped to deliver efficient, tailored solutions for your projects.

Within Small Works, our supermarket projects are also advancing smoothly. The developments at Coles Mornington, Flemington, Pines, and Drouin are moving forward as planned, and Warringal recently completed. We’re proud to have successfully completed Woolworths Bendigo and South Melbourne, and we’re gearing up to start work on Mornington East.

We’re delighted to announce that the Centennial Somerville Road project has been given the green light. This project includes the construction of a new warehouse and an upgrade to the existing facility. Work is set to commence in October, and we’re eager to get started and achieve another successful outcome for our client.

At the Woolworths Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC), structural works are progressing rapidly. We’re opening up multiple work fronts and remain committed to collaborating closely with Woolworths to bring this innovative facility to life.

Our retail construction project, Costco Ardeer is powering along on all fronts. The main building works will be complete later this year, while the road and infrastructure works will complete just prior to opening early next year. With record revenue months back-to-back, it’s a busy period out there.

In the Lifestyle Communities sector, the Ridgelea project is progressing seamlessly. The clubhouse structure is taking shape, and the St Leonards project is making steady progress through the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, with exciting developments on the horizon.

Our estimating team is hard at work pursuing several major opportunities. We’re currently bidding on projects valued at around $60M, along with numerous supermarket refurbishments.

At Mainbrace, we take great pride in the exceptional work our Victorian team is accomplishing. We look forward to continuing our efforts and delivering outstanding projects.

Thank you for your continued support and stay tuned for more updates!
