A full workbook in Melbourne is keeping everyone on their toes with a mix of supermarket refurbishments, fast food, commercial, new-build and logistics projects.

In April, we turned the first sod at Harpley Town Centre, a neighbourhood centre set to become the heart of the new Harpley estate in Werribee in Melbourne’s west. To be anchored by Coles, the project will comprise specialty and food sustainable builders tenancies, mini-major, gym, office, stand-alone tenancies, outdoor spaces, a Dan Murphy’s, and an underground carpark.

Starting at over $45 million, it’s our largest dollar-value retail construction contract in Victoria and we’re privileged to be joining forces with client Eildon Capital and project manager Artro Management again, the same successful team we worked with recently to deliver Caboolture Shopping Village in QLD. Harpley Town Centre was joins the Myer Bayside shopping centre backfill job we were recently awarded as our two large projects in Victoria for FY24.

New work means new recruits, so we’ve welcomed some new cadets in recent months who we hope will be part of the team for the long haul.

Other recent tenders won by the Pre-construction team include our first Dan Murphy’s refurbishment for Endeavour Group and a Coles Local fit-out in South Melbourne.

With our deep knowledge of the Coles offer, including the Coles Local format, the team is close to completion and we’re on schedule to finish in mid-June.
