Yamanto Turns One!

The $77 million development of Yamanto Central involved the creation of a new sub regional shopping centre in the strong growth corridor west of Brisbane near Ipswich.

Yamanto Central is stage 1 of a 25hectare master planned town centre and is the first sub regional centre to be built in the area for over 12 years.

The project consisted of a Coles Supermarket, Kmart, more than 40 specialty tenancies, enclosed market hall, fashion precinct, civic plaza, play spaces and 950 car spaces.

Our team successfully value engineered $3.0M in cost savings and 8 weeks from the program.
