NSW Employee of the Year

Ben Glastonbury, one of our Project Managers in NSW, has been named our NSW Employee of the Year– a well-earned recognition of his dedication, expertise, and leadership.

Ben’s journey with Mainbrace began nearly a decade ago as a Contract Administrator, and since then, he has continually demonstrated a deep sense of ownership and pride in every project he delivers. His recent work on the Warrawong Plaza extension and refurbishment showcased his ability to navigate complex challenges, ensuring seamless execution in a live environment.

Currently, Ben is leading the delivery of The Gables, a brand-new retail construction of a neighbourhood shopping centre in north west Sydney, where his meticulous approach and commitment to quality are helping shape  what will become a great precinct for the development.

His portfolio also includes the successful completion of Harvey Norman Taylors Beach, a large-format retail and industrial subdivision featuring a bulky goods retail centre, on-grade car park, roadworks, and associated infrastructure.

Ben’s leadership, problem-solving ability, and unwavering focus on client support set him apart. His ability to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality projects with confidence and care makes him an invaluable member of the Mainbrace team.
